Working as a Planner assistance from 2010 to till date. Assigned to support the Saudi Aramco planner for BI-19 projects planning activities (such as opening/closing work order/sub work order, creating minor maintenance ticket, Add/Delete the equipment to the SAP, assist to catalog spare parts, assist to finalizing the As-built, create PR/PO, closing PR/PO, Track the unit and project cost report, Scheduling maintenance labor/heavy equipment, scheduling training and test (having knowledge of SAP transaction, i.e IW32, IW33, IW36, IW38, ME23N, ME53N, ME51N, ME52N, ZP0188, CJI5, CJI3 ZP0452 etc...). Also, working as a Document Controller to control all the administrative and non-administrative documents.
