Professional Responsibilities




NBTC (Kuwait) - Secretary (Administrator)

•Allocation of manpower as per management advice.
•Update the manpower transfers in ERP software (SAP)
•Coordinate with HR with regards to Salary Certificates, Work Permits, etc.
•Leave arrangements of employees.
•Time keeping activities
•Verification of proper utilization of equipment and vehicles.

KCCES (Kuwait) - Secretary

•Manage the meeting schedule of the Asst. Managing Director.
•Support HR Department in recruitment process.
•Assist Estimation Department in tendering activities.
•Prepare and follow-up the Client invoices and subcontract payments
•Preparation of Letters & Memos as directed by the concerned Managers.

NES Global Talent (UAE) - Payroll Assistant

•Coordinate with HR Department.
•Create records for new staff.
•Verify the provided bank details are accurate (IBAN number, swift code, etc).
•Ensure the overtime, shift payments, holiday, sick, maternity pay, expenses, etc are calculated properly.
•Verify the time sheets.
•Process the payments through bank transfer (manually & electronically).
