Managing MEP systems Installation and trouble shooting and
leading the technical team.
• Schedule, carry out and ensure planned preventative
maintenance (PPM) is completed on all relevant equipment
daily, weekly, monthly and as planned.

ensure the delivery of agreed services.
• Facilitating the AHJ / Qatar Civil Defense department (QCDD)
inspections.
• Operation and Maintenance of Pool filtration, Sauna, steam bath
systems.
• Operation and maintenance of MCC, MV panels and Bus
coupler.
• Coordinating with (Khramaa) for routine maintenance of
substations.
• Routine Maintenance of Irrigation systems and Landscapes.
• Conducting yearly Blackout test.
• Leading Emergency Evacuation team.
• Overall supervision of Soft and hospitality services.

Provides work direction and supervision to staff involved in
maintenance and repair work of facilities and equipment’s.
• Looks over work request to decide problem and resolution, and
delegate assignments to technicians.
• Prepares in coordination with the Operations Manager, Facility
Management the list of scheduled tasks and distribute it to all
Electricians and Technicians.
• Supervises all routine preventive maintenance to ensure that
machines continue to run smoothly, building systems operate
efficiently, and the physical condition of properties does not
deteriorate.
