• Manage, organize different project accounts and prepare final consolidated financial statements including Trial Balance, Profit & Loss a/c & Balance sheet.
• Analyze financial information to maintain proper records of Income, Expense, receivables, payables, other assets & liabilities, profit and loss account.
• Prepare financial and regulatory reports required by laws, regulations, board of directors and auditors.
• Establish procedures for custody and control of assets, records, loan collateral, and securities, in order to ensure safekeeping
• Responsible of preparing daily journal vouchers, posting, Budget control, internal verification.
• Periodical Visit to Branch offices, Project site offices, inspect and verify the transactions to ensure the authenticity.
• Preparation of documents for availing Credit facilities from financial institutions/banks including cash flow, ratio analysis, project report, etc
• Preparing Monthly Banks reconciliation, payroll processing etc.

• Institute of Chartered Accountants of India: unqualified (ICAI) • Diploma in Computer Application: Qualified (RCSM, Cochin chapter) • Accounting Packages: Tally, Quickbooks, foxprox, etc: (expert working experience)
