Overall HSQE Supervising, conducting monthly Inspections, UNSAFE observations report to facility Managers for rectification. Monitored and prevented potential workplace safety hazards through routine inspections and training; accurate and up-to-date documentation as per IMS procedures. Investigate all accidents & incidents. Interfaced with facilities management and made recommendations on safety related issues.

• Overall safety management of all site activities in compliance with all aspects ensures to the specification of ADM statutory requirements.
• Facilitating in establishing EHS requirement at workplace
• Ensuring the implementation of the EHS Management System and norms as per the ISO 9001 system.
• Identify the training needs, designing and importing training for staff, Visitor, subcontractor and workmen.
• Monitor the evaluation of compliance to legal requirements appraise to management on matters of legal non-compliance.
• Preparing EHS risk assessment & Safe Work Method.
• Performed monthly safety inspections of the facilities including fire systems. Documented and photographed findings and compiled and presented statistical data on safety activities to HSQE Manager and Facility Managers. Coordinated the installation of fire extinguishers where necessary.
• Ensured compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations through comprehensive inspections and communication.
• Investigated accidents and injuries. Documented the injuries; detailed the events leading to, during, and after the accident; and made recommendations to fix hazards.
• Identified, recommended, and implemented ergonomic changes to reduce health and safety hazards. Worked with ergonomist to redesign employee work areas.
• Maintained Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) on chemicals used in the workplace.
Dubai Metro Project, 60km long bridge passes through underground, tunnel & elevated segmental viaduct section. Hodariyat Bridge 1.3 km-long bridge crossing provides a 29m vertical clearance for the 170m-wide navigation channel.
• Reporting to HSE Manager.
• Overall safety supervising of all site activities in compliance with all aspects ensures to the specification of statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with Dubai Police to arrange Safe Traffic Management for Erecting Segments & Launching Gantry Safely.
• Conduct random site inspection to ensure following safety procedures for all site activities.
• Strict adherence to the Environment Health & Safety procedure pertaining to site activities and its compliance in all respect.
• Perform a daily sample audit of the PTW system to ensure permits are initiated, prepared a closed correctly with JSAs and certificates attached a required for the scope of work.
• Investigation of all accidents, incidents and hazards on site and report to HSE Manager/ Project Manager.
• Coordinate with plant Manager for the certification for all lifting equipment and machineries.
• Coordination with the Project Manager for all safety aspects at site.
• Maintaining weekly safety reports and monthly statistics reports submitted to Project Management & Consultant.
• Conducting Safety Induction and Training programs / Toolbox meetings.
• Carry out safety tools to ensure all personnel are complying with all safety regulations and reporting to Project Manager if observed any unsafe practices and violation of Safety Regulations.
• Ensuring Housekeeping all the time at work site.
• Ensuring PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) to all employees involved in Project Construction Activities.
