Steel Buildings LLC. is a medium size civil contracting company and the exclusive agent for Zamil Steel in Oman.
Managing and directing all steel erection and civil works for major projects (private and government).
Fully responsible for project assessment, evaluation, and scheduling, including all supporting activities such as purchasing, logistics, and mobilization of materials and personnel.
Reporting all projects status to the Managing Director.

Siniora Food Industries, established in 1920 is a major producer of processed meats such as sausages, mortadella, and cold cuts in the Middle East region.
Due to a rapid increase of business volume, the company Board of Directors decided to expand their operation by building a new 5, 200 square meters production facility, I was recruited as the Projects Manager to be in charge of this project with a budget of 10 Million U.S Dollars.
Managing and directing all activities starting with the design phase, such as, design layout configuration, evaluation and selection of equipments and building materials, placing orders and scheduling tasks completion needs.
Managing and directing all contractors involved at each project stage, this includes the evaluation and selection of contractors, the financial management and follow-up of all accomplished tasks, and the scheduling of other tasks working in parallel.
Reporting all project status to the Board of Directors on a monthly meeting.

Passavant - Geiger Aquatreat is a Jordanian / German company that specialize in the Operation and Maintenance of water and waste water treatment plants in the Levant region (Jordan, Syria, Lebanon, and Iraq).
As a Business Unit Manager, I managed all business activities within the Levant region amounting to 5 million U.S dollars in yearly revenues from contracts and sales.
Acquiring new additional business for the Vacuum Sewer System and the Landfill (Biogas) technology with revenues exceeding 1.5 million USD.
Reporting directly to the Board of Directors and the German partner on a regular basis including the preparation and presentation of the yearly Business Plan.
Conducting marketing seminars and technology transfer consultations for our prospective clients.

Near East Water Company is the second largest producer of bottled drinking water in Jordan, under the famous brand name of DISI water. This facility is certified for both ISO 9001 and HACCP certifications.
With a level of authority similar to that of a general manager, I managed the entire operation in Aqaba with a direct reporting to the owners.
Managing the daily operation activities including administrative, sales and export, production, maintenance, and quality control. Direct contact with all government agencies such as ASEZA (Aqaba Special economic Zone Area), Customs, Environment and Health Departments.

Atotech USA Inc. is the world’s largest equipment and chemical supplier to the electronics industry, a sub-group of TotalFinaElf, France.
Managed the global installations of all new equipments and chemical processes at customer’s sites, (Asia, Europe, U.S.A, and South America).
Providing technical support and management consultation to our customers including, training, trouble-shooting, overall process management, and product marketing.
Communicated technology up-dates with our research and development technical center which contributed in significant process improvements.

Viktron Orlando is a large volume printed circuit board manufacturer (Automotive & Electronics).
Evaluated and tested new and existing processes for capacity and productivity optimization. Generated and monitored all control data such as, SPC charts, SOP, TPC, failure mode analysis and problem solving.
Managed all training and technical programs used in the manufacturing area, this also includes interfacing with suppliers and customers.
Directly involved with customer’s returns/complaints and technical issues.

Ibiden Circuits is a quick-turn Japanese printed circuit board manufacturer.
Managed all the manufacturing activities in both departments; training & allocating personnel; trouble-shooting; managing chemicals and preventative maintenance programs.
Managed the operation of a one million dollar wastewater treatment facility, which has a-state-of-the-art Ion Exchange System, R.O and D.I systems.
Managed 30 production operators and two supporting engineers.
Facilitated a Japanese quality program (the 5 S program) and a quality improvement team (Q.I.T).

EPC is a medium volume printed circuit board manufacturer. (Automotive & Electronics).
Responsible for process evaluation and improvements for cost optimization.
Managed all manufacturing activities in the plating and wet process area, daily planning and scheduling for 36 operation workers.
Certified key member of the QS 9000 audit team.
Managed the wastewater treatment facility, clarification, settling, and separation system.

Arabian Steel Pipes is a large volume steel pipe and steel tubing manufacturer. (Construction, utilities)
Started as a Production Engineer, setting-up all processes parameters and controls, training of personnel, planning and scheduling all production activities.
Promoted in 1993 to the position of Production Manager.
Worked side by side with the plant manager as the technical support and development engineer for the company.
