Lead a Team of 15 .Responsible for the overall parts operations including sales warehousing, coordination with service counterparts to ensure timely supply of parts for internal jobs
To meet and exceed annual Targets in terms of Revenue and gross profit
Responsible for ensuring Nissan Quality standards in the Branch of Azaiba (After Sales dealer operation standards)
Allocate targets to sales and warehouse staffs and ensure they are achieved
Work with the Service Manager to ensure a timely turnaround of parts needed for internal jobs
Develop and ensure effective implementation of strategies and plans.
Maintains a balanced inventory consistent with the requirements of the service department, commercial & wholesale accounts.
Monitors and adjusts inventory to minimize obsolescence
Develop and set KRA and KPIs for team. Review their performance, coach and guide them.
Seek out new parts business.
