Key Responsibilities:
Monitor performance of the Contractor / Sub-contractor and identify, raise any quality / Workmanship concerns with the site engineer.
Ensure the contractor have adequate ǪC personnel on site during all production shift operations to perform the inspection and tests.
Assist site engineer in all respect of Quality related issues.
Liaise with the contractor’s ǪA/ǪC Manager/Engineer for day to day quality issues.
Ensure the contractor has a current internal audit plan/schedule.
Review of DPR of work activities done at site.

Internal Painting regular lab slide test, Holiday test, DFT and Visual test. All tests were witnessed according to the International recommended practices, Codes, Approved QAP and Client specification.

Responsibilities:
Having good experience in GMAW, SMAW, FCAW, GTAW and SAW Inspections.
Monitoring and inspection of subsea Pipeline welding & field joint coating.
Responsible in performing daily inspection and reporting as per approved inspection test plan.
Witnessing the procedure qualification test (PQT) as per PWPS.
Witnessing the welder qualification test (WQT) as per approved WPS.
Conducting and witness destructive tests like Bend Tests, Tensile, Hardness, impact tests, additional test requirements as per code and spec.
Inspections of fit-up, cutting, misalignment, groove angle, root face, root opening, tack weld and preheat temperature, inter pass temperature, travel speed, line and joint number, joint surface cleanness.
Visual and Dimensioning inspection of weld profile surface, weld defects, alignment, dimensioning arc strike, surface porosity, inter pass and post weld cleaning, and dimensional tolerance.
Witnessing NDE inspection (MT, LPT, UT, and PWHT) as per Standards and Test plan.
Radiographic film interpretation and evaluation.

Incoming material inspection with regards to the actual traceability against manufacturer's certificate.
Inspect pipe joints and support assemblies as per standards including marking, fit-up, weld visual, final dimensional inspection as per approved drawings.

Conducting holiday detection test and Daily Calibration with JEEP Meter on Field Joint HSS coating HDPF filling inspections and conduct/Witness Dry Density Tests, Impact test, and saturated density test.
Conducting field testing for paint application like Peel test, Impact test, DFT, Adhesion test.
Verify that all applicable equipment are calibrated and has valid certification.
Witnessing Hydro test for Spools, Pipelines and Risers and Complete Subsea pipeline systems.
Preparation of daily reports and documentation for pipeline, Field joint coating, Painting, related fabrications, MRIR etc. Coordinating with project engineers and supervisors for fabrications, Installation and final documents submissions and reconciliations.
Conducting daily/Weekly Client meeting and liaison with clients for quality related subjects and documents.
Attend weekly progress meeting with PMC QA/QC and Site Manager.
Witnessing Positive Material Identification (PMI for both Piping Components & Welding Joints) for CS, SS (304, 316 & 321) & dissimilar welding Joints (309 L).
Witness of Pneumatic test.
To conduct QC activities as per ITPs.

Mill Inspection of Pipe for Dimensions, Flattening, & R.B.T.
Co-ordination with Third Party Inspectors, clients, consultants and vendors.
Review the Material Test Certificate& Calibration certificate.
Preparation & implementation of Work schedules, Shift Schedule & Control.
Preparation of QAP w.r.t Client Specification.
Conduct training for the discipline staff.
Maintaining Safety Environment during work.
Co-ordinate with PMC & TPI related to welding & NDE activities.
Monitor and decide the quality of finished product and it’s release.
Coordinates activities of Inspectors for inspection of finished products.
Reviewing/revising QC related documents ensuring the integration with existing procedure and supporting QA team in compliance with external authorities.

Adherence of Quality Systems such as IMS, ISO17025 as per company’s testing standard requirements, procedures, and work instructions.
Responsibilities:
Calibration of all Mechanical Length Measuring Instruments like Calipers, Micrometers, and Slip gauges etc. w.r.t Indian Standards.
Calibration of Pressure and Load gauges, Pressure transducer by using dead weight pressure tester.
Calculation of Measurement Uncertainties of the instruments.
Documentation and Implementation of NABL & ISO17025 standards.
