- Act as primary interface with customer, providing technical and operational solutions.
- Preparation, design and evaluation of different Coiled Tubing Jobs (Clean Out, JetBlaster, Spin Cat, Power Wave, Kick off, Matrix Stimulation, Fishing, Milling, Active, Coilflate, Sand plugs, Abrasive jet Perforation, cement plugs…etc.)
- Consults with customers and operations personnel to determine appropriate course of action at the well site.
- Maintains a close working relationship with field service personnel and lab personnel by telephone and periodic visits to job sites to assess effectiveness of recommendations.
- Develop expertise on advanced well intervention techniques including Coiled tubing applications with fiber optic downhole capabilities.
- Plan and coordinate operations and ensure that all jobs are performed with respect to quality and HSE standards.
- Advises customer representative in the coiled tubing services operations, analysis and decision-making processes.
- Promotes and maintains good customer relations.
- Follows up on service quality events with operations management team and ensure incident reports are closed with clients.
- Mentors of less experienced engineers and personnel.
- Forecast revenue and activity level of assigned customers.
