and my responsibilities where:
* Recognize Electrical Works from the 1st fix stage to the final fix, including but not limited to the
followings:
‐ First fix of the Slab and Foundation Works, including installations of sleeves of the Builders
Works, as well preparing all requirements for Lightning and Earthing Protections.
‐ First Fix works of Conducting, Boxes installations, Cable Trays, and Cable Ladders.
‐ Second Fix works, including Wirings and Cables Pulling
‐ Perform Tests to confirm the validity of the installations, like Continuity and Insulations
Testing
‐ Panels installations, Cable and Wiring Terminations, starting from MDBs to the Branch
Panels, along with all different types of Control Panels, MCCs and VFDs
‐ Wiring Devices and Lighting Fixtures installations and Termination
‐ As‐Built Drawings for all finished and approved works as well as for Electrical and Control
Panels
* Testing and Commissioning of Electrical Systems, including but not limited to the following:
‐ MDBs and its Electrical and Mechanical interlocks between its compartments and the Bus
Coupler
‐ ATS and their Sequence of operation with the Generators, according to their steps of priority
‐ Commissioning of different
Supervising Works with Experienced Engineers for more than 20 private villas in West Bekaa‐
Lebanon, and my responsibilities included but not limited to the following:
‐ Performed the take‐off for all Electrical Materials that was required to complete the
projects, and auditing all design Electrical drawings to match site conditions
‐ Supervised all Electrical works, starting from slabs, to the first fix and wire pulling, till
energizing the buildings
‐ Successfully handed‐over more than 15 villas during the above duration
