Prepare and Maintain the personnel record and files of all Company employees.
2.
Tacking care and keep the passports of Company employees and issue to clients for IDs preparation as per clients requirements.
3.
Maintain the employees Iqama record and arrange to renew before expiration.
4.
Provide the employees documents to Company operation department and G.R.Os as per their need.
5.
Arrange the tickets from Fouad Travel for employees as per their vacation schedule.
6.
Coordinate with HR department for day by day employees issues.
7.
Submit the employees monthly timesheets in HRIS.
8.
Prepare the Company payroll and submit the employees overtime in HRIS after the concern Managers and GM approval.
9.
Arrange to open the employees bank accounts for salary transfer.
