Meydan Group and Meraas Holding project, with 8.2 million square feet of open space. project will develop over 14 million square feet of retail, dining, hospitality and residential lifestyle along an esplanade that borders a canal that connects Jumeirah Beach to Business Bay. comprises recreational and sports facilities capable of constituting an important addition to the Dubai tourist map, creating an attraction for citizens, residents and tourists.
- Al Fattan Tower Dubai UAE :
The Al Fattan Towers is a complex in the Dubai Marina section of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The towers are located within Jumeirah Beach Residence, a 40-tower, 7, 000 unit residential and hotel development which runs alongside Dubai Marina.
-Deira water front- Dubai :
A ($816m) plans to create a major new waterfront attraction in the emirate.
Stretching more than four kilometres between Dubai Creek and Hamriya Port, the Deira Waterfront Development Project will include six hotels, residential and commercial towers, a marina, storage facilities, loading and unloading bays, and a parking lot.
-Warsan townhouses project Nakheel property -Dubai- :
936 townhouses at Warsan Village, its new gated community located close to International City. Spread across 47.5 hectares, Warsan Village also features a recreation centre, mosque and 250 apartments set above a retail plaza with 365 outlets.
-Warsan malls project Nakheel property-Dubai- :
An 18, 000 sq ft neighborhood mall, next to Warsan Village. The mall will contain a supermarket, convenience stores and a host of cafes and restaurants.
-Mohammed Bin Rashid City - MBR Villas - Dubai :
Contain MANSIONS and (4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 bedroom) Mediterranean, contemporary and modern villa types. Stretching over 50 million square feet, the project will be implemented over four main phases at a total cost of Dh25 billion. It will feature 1, 500 villas and hundreds of underground parking lots where it is set to be completed by 2022.
The District One project was uniquely designed. It will include the world’s largest crystalline lagoon as well as other lagoons, artificial islands, and a man-made beach.
