- Coordinate, organize MEP work and supervise and check the quality of the works
- Prepare the construction program for MEP work and cooperate with the Technical Department in preparing the general construction program
- Specifically prepare technical method statements for MEP work
- Choose and submit the samples of equipment and materials, and to check and approve the sub-contractor’s equipment or materials.
- Cooperate with Quantity Surveyor and the account departments in requesting payment for MEP work, releasing payment to the sub-contractors and preparations for claims, payment or negotiation, etc.
- Work along with Construction Managers and Site Engineers to coordinate with the sub-contractors of various trades on the site.
-Coordination with contractors, consultants on all received documents such as mechanical shop drawings
-Assistance and supervision for the installation on the site, drawing and quality for material installation
-Technical support in the MEP team, submittals and coordination with the Consultant Engineer
-Responsible for the complete execution of the MEP projects.
-Designing of the HVAC, plumbing and fire fighting services.
-Coordination with project planners on all projects MEP and infrastructure Works, reporting on constructability and sequence of activities.
-Review and administration of MEP related material, equipment and drawing submittals in accordance to the specifications
-Ensuring that projects MEP contracts are being carried out in accordance with the required quality, cost and time constraints.
-Follow up closely procurement schedule of contractor(s) and confirmations of delivery for material and equipment.
-Ensuring that MEP work is executed on site in accordance with the contract drawings, specifications, agreed procedures and method statements
-Review, control and approval of MEP subcontractors work procedures and method statements.
-Manage engineers’ inspections on site and ensure that the installation is in accordance with the specification.
-Ensuring that the MEP subcontractor provides and adheres to the necessary control documentation in an orderly way.
-Checking that MEP valuations correspond with progress and checking of variations.
-Produce a report of performance of MEP-contractors.
-Attend design coordination meetings with Project Management team, consultants and other contractors as required.
-Ensure that As Built Drawings and O&M Manuals and related documentation are prepared, reviewed, submitted and approved in a timely manner and in accordance with contract requirements.

-Coordinate with project discipline and contact engineers to ensure correct implementation of the design for the mechanical engineering
-Prepare and review engineering studies, design drawings and documents, and material and equipment specifications.
-Resolve mechanical related engineering issues by applying accepted principles, codes and standards.
With minimal supervision, will independently apply advanced engineering techniques and analyses for problems and methods.
-- Provide technical guidance to drafters/designers and engineers.

-Responsible to manage the works and supervising all activities MEP at the site throe our staff to meet client requirement such as supply materials, installation equipment, testing and commissioning with these activates to comply with our time plan and quality control and assurance to execute the work as per time schedule plan, preparing monthly & weekly progress report, progressive payment bill
- Follow up the approval working drawing submitted by consultant.
- Study various alternatives for building materials used in the projects and reporting to the Heads of Mechanical Department & Quality Control Department.
- Submit (RFI, RFA).
- Make main monthly invoice for the project and get approval from consultant and the owner to collect the payment.
- Checking, devolving shop drawings, technical evaluation of material submittals, follow up specialist supplier technically.
- Sub-contractors payment evaluation, variation orders preparation, progress follow up, site activities co-ordination, planning & cost control
- Coordinate the works interfaces between the Main contractor and the MEP subcontractors.
- Responsible for managing all components of a construction project related to MEP works.
- Review subcontractor budgets, scope sheets, qualifications, exclusions, etc.
- Review subcontract proposals for scope, price and compliance with general contract

Tasks and Responsibilities:-
• Coordinate All Electromechanical Works with Architecture and Structure Works
• Implement the Mechanical Design Works for Different Projects such as:
(Residential, Commercial, Hospital, Business, Hotel and Dormitories Building)

1- Preparing shop drawings for all mechanical works as per the contract .
2- prepare materials submittals for all Mechanical works as per the project specifications and the approved shop drawings .
3- preparing the measuring sheets for the installed materials and compare it with the quantities in the BOQ .
4- Inspect the finished works to the inspector of the project .
5 -review the drawings and the specifications of the project and make he variation orders if it is required .
6- following up the works in the site and insure that it meets the project specifications and requirement of the end user .
7- Preparing the operation and maintenance manuals for the mechanical equipment's in the project while handing over the project to the end users .
8- Make the as-built drawings by auto cad for all the finished works and inspect it to the consultant of the project .
9- make purchase orders for all mechanical items in the project as per the material submittals and the specification of the project .
10- make design for all new orders in the project and review it with the international codes ( NFPA, SMACNA, Etc, ) .
11- following up the cost control of the mechanical items of the projects ( Material and manpower ) .
