Procurement
"Establish purchasing objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales for regions of sources; projecting expected sales volume for existing and new products
"Maintain a record of suppliers in the market (including contact names, addresses, phone numbers, and vendor specializations).
"Contacting vendors in Europe, United States, Middle East and India (via phone and e-mails), and Negotiating offers and close deals
"Obtain the required amount of quotations and document the procurement process for competitive bids.
"Monitor and maintain stock levels; process purchasing orders as required; tracks orders and investigates problems
"Maintain up-to-date vendor list
"Maintain Procurement Tracking sheet and procurement files

Logistics
"Arranging for shipping with transportation companies and gets shipping quotations
"Check costs from freight forwarders and clearing agents against approved rates
"Calculate required containers and vehicles (Sizes & Numbers) for the shipments and machine distribution of sea, land & air freight.
"Select transportation routes to maximize economy by combining shipments for overseas orders.
"Continuously track shipment progress and communicate delays, working closely with the Shipping Supervisor to address any shipment issues
"Handling all import and export documents preparation,
"Coordinate with financial department to hand the invoices of shipping and providers and vendors.

Managerial Tasks
"Study feasibility of the projects on the table and provide manger with reports and analysis for decision making
"Collaborate with other departments such as sales and marketing, technical team and financial department to meet quality and delivery requirements from vendors and delivering products to customers
"Monitor performance metrics for measurement, comparison, or evaluation of supply chain factors, such as product cost, service quality and customer satisfaction (mainly for the orders placed thru online selling channels)
