• Planning, Management, Co-ordination of Overall Works/ activities at site, preparing and maintaining weekly and monthly progress reports, organizing weekly meeting with Client and contractors, quality assurance, strictly following the progress as per schedule, with timely verification of interim certificates/billings.
• Monitor /Control project performance against budget, schedule, quality and safety requirements by using standard quality tools and appropriate safety procedures as per client satisfaction.

• Responsible of Implementation of company Quality Management System, Preparation of Project Quality Plan. Performing internal audits. Establishing KPI’s.

• Planning, Management, Co-ordination of overall Main Station finishing works and Infrastructure Works that includes road network, walk ways, bulk earth work, utility services (Drainage, storm water control, drinking water, fire fighting water network etc). • Closely watching the overall works as per schedule and in strict accordance with quality standards and drawing requirements, with high standards of safety requirements.
