• Maintain leasing agreements if any with hardware manufacture or software license.
• Keep service level agreements with manufacture as per their warranty requirement.
• Execute SQL queries as per the requirement or instructed by CRUX ERP suppliers.
• Daily sales reconciliation with CRUX vs Actual.
• Servers Cloud backup & Sync on daily basis.
• Print management & Quota assessment as per user demand.
