Construction
• Provide planning and cost controlling support for all projects which includes variation reporting, monitoring of milestone progress
to the preparation of customer billing processes, etc.
• Studying project specifications and listing down materials required in line with the construction plan and schedule.
• Liaising with the construction and planning teams for preparation of procurement schedule in line with the project milestones.
• Processing materials requisition orders received from construction team.
• Sending RFQs to suppliers/manufacturers and preparing comparison sheets against price and lead time for quoted items.
• Shortlisting vendors’ offers based on lowest price and best quality criterion and processing relevant purchase orders.
• Maintain a comprehensive material and construction quantity control and reporting system to include the current status of budget,
material take off and forecast quantities.
• Establish and maintaining all cost recording documentation, providing comprehensive cost analysis and preparing forecasts of final
construction costs.
• Performs research, negotiations and establishment of contracts with qualified vendors in order to secure quality equipment on time
at optimum cost savings for the Company.
• Assist PCM in preparing and negotiating change orders and claims to client.
• Maintain and monitor accurate records of purchases and pricing.
• Perform monthly earned value analysis, tracking actual value against planned value and earned value
• Track progress of project activities and records them on a weekly basis.
• Provide cost control advice to the internal PMT team as and when required.
• Develop charts and informative diagrams to depict the data being gathered on a daily basis.
• Managing change order correspondence and tracking.

Construction
• Controlling, monitoring, and forecasting total expenditures across projects in tandem.
o Generate Monthly cost reports presenting earned value (EV) vs. actual cost (AC) along with the achieved stage of a project.
o Generate Weekly cost reports showing actual cost and cost performance index (CPI) by trade, area, and construction team.
o Produce Quality Assurance expense reports to ensure that all projects are captured and properly record.
• Monitoring and evaluating project material and man‐hour performance.
o Monitor materials issued from store to avoid shortages or time-crunches.
o Coordinate with Timekeepers to track each labor allocation on the desired prospective Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
o Generate Daily reports showing daily cost and working hours to assure the desired Key Performance Indices (KPIs) are
established.
• Producing projects’ cost reports and communicating tailored-specific information to corresponding stake-holders.
o Update SAP with earned values along with following up with subcontractors on payments and amounts settled.
• Tracking, monitoring and reporting projects’ cash flows.
o Update cash flows based on planning reports by division.
• Developing and implementing a WBS Structure system in order to facilitate efficient controls over a project’s manpower, materials,
and sub-contractors.
o Leverage WBS to assign responsibilities, resource allocation, and monitor and control a project to achieve best estimates
of associated cost, risk, and time.
• Coordinating with Project Management teams to track and resolve issues and ensure a timely delivery of projects’ milestones and
phases.
• Check and ensure that no material is issued out from the store without requisition and approval.
• Working with senior management across divisions along with executive members of ACC’s Risk Committee (ACCRC) to establish
an effective and agile Cost Control Management Strategy.
• Receiving and studying bid proposals, conducts advanced price and cost analyses for bid award, proposal award, and reporting
purposes.
• Participate in stock count.

Supervised the firm’s facility to ensure safe operational relationships by up-and-cross selling.
• Coordinated with the logistics department to ensure an accurate allocation of products, delivery location, required time and cost.
• Conducted studies that determined the optimum inventory levels for production under an optimal utilization of machinery,
materials and resources.
Asset Peak Performance

Reviewed and addressed deficiencies noted during corrective maintenance, monitored new tools and technologies and provided
the necessary guided training for clients.
• Monitored a predictive maintenance scheme that ensures an effective and efficient performance of various key machinery and
equipment.
