• Communicate progress and prepare appropriate reports as needed highlighting all the risks may affect the project completion such as material delivery, engineering solutions, access and progress.
• Supervised implementation of direct contracts under the Client -3rd party Fit-Out Contractors - including interface and coordination with the Main Contractor (including but not limited to MEP interfaces, NOCs for area access, logistics, etc.).
• Managed project risks, including the development of contingency plans, initiating prior flagging of anticipated bottlenecks and root-cause analysis.
• Championed the establishment of program requirements for all areas of the project and monitored deliverables; successfully monitored and reported to management on the progress of all project activity within the program, including significant milestones, and any conditions which would affect project cost or schedule
• Worked directly with the key project individuals to devise and execute actions plans to rectify potential cost overruns or delays, or to accommodate significant changes to the scope of work;
• Oversaw the implementation of SHE (Safety, Health and Environment) plan.

• Manage and coordinate the project including planning, engineering, site works, commissioning and handover to the client.
• Attending regular meetings (on work progress, coordination, design, etc.) with the main contractor and consultant to discuss the key issues related to the project and take effective corrective actions.
• Monitoring project budgets and schedule and oversee performance to ensure on time, quality and on budget project execution.
• Coordinate with the design team on all aspects of the design.
• Coordinate the work of all in-house staff, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare periodic reports for management including status of budgets, variance/change claims, schedules, disputes, up-coming activities& safety records.

Key Achievements and Responsibilities:
• Ensure the accurate engineering and execution of all MEP works executed in projects as per the design specifications and engineering standards and at minimum cost and in accordance with QA/QC procedures and company procedures.
• Ensures that the construction team is executing the works in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable national or international standards.

• Monitor and review final handover procedures, final inspections, deficiency lists, and defect liability periods along with warranties/guarantees. Review and recommend on contractors claims related to MEP works, extension of time and variations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
