Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines.
review project technical specifications and drawings to monitor compliance with building and safety codes,
and other regulations.
Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with consultants,
clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
Prepare and submit budget estimates and progress and cost tracking reports
Providing information to project engineers, site engineers, by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in
person .
Organizing, Planning, and Prioritizing Work.
Monitoring the issued construction drawings against the tender
Coordinate daily work with project engineers, consultant’s engineers and project managers to ensure
implementation of project and schedules according to.
Order materials and schedule manpower as per project requirements and priorities.
Prepare weekly and monthly projects progress reports including materials and manpower forecasting.
Prepare completion certificates
Supervise the tower Construction Project according to the design and materials
specifications. Work closely with construction manager and consultants for
smooth execution and completion of project requirements.
Coordinating and supervising the work of sub-contractors for timely completion the work.
Arranging the man power, machines in the stipulated time.
Perform overall quality control of the work (schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly
on project status
Follow-up for Site Engineers and Forman’s.
Prepare weekly and monthly projects progress reports including materials and manpower for casting.
Responsible for all Substructure, Superstructure, Blockwork, finishing work & Coordination with
Sub-Contractors
structural department.
