● The Project consists of a three levels mall with a built up area of 248, 300 sq.m with over 400 retail shops and adjacent three levels car parking with a built up area of 135, 000 sq.m providing approximately 5, 200 car parking spaces. The Project has a total built up area of 383, 300 sq.m
● Manage, direct and coordinate all site activities in compliance with contractual requirements.
● Identify Risks and ensure mitigation plans are studied ahead.
● Ensure that resources usage is optimized to achieve or exceed projected profit margin.
