Construction of Al Zahia City Center Project
● Project Management and Construction of Al Zahia City Center Mall - Project Value 1.4 Billion AED.
● The Project consists of a three levels mall with a built up area of 248, 300 sq.m with over 400 retail shops and adjacent three levels car parking with a built up area of 135, 000 sq.m providing approximately 5, 200 car parking spaces. The Project has a total built up area of 383, 300 sq.m
● Manage, direct and coordinate all site activities in compliance with contractual requirements.
● Identify Risks and ensure mitigation plans are studied ahead.
● Ensure that resources usage is optimized to achieve or exceed projected profit margin.
● Assist Planning department in producing detailed programs to ensure on time completion of the project.
● Coordinate and review with procurement department the required material and delivery dates.
● Establish with site staff the required resources for relevant parts of the job.
● Ensure that company policy and procedures for quality and safety are implemented on site and take remedial action where non-compliance is identified.
● Provide site support to all sub-contractors and ensure proper coordination is implemented.
● Coordinate with tenant manager the access and logistics for tenants fit out contractors.
● Liaise with client, project management, consultant and local authorities.
● Achieve cost savings by implementing strong quality procedures to minimize re-work.
● Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications, safety standards and ensure all risks are in control and monitored.
● Proactively manage the team against budget and schedule milestones, and communicate with stakeholders any delays.
Abu Dhabi plaza Project in Astana, Kazakhstan valued at USD 1.6 billion. High rise towers includes 76 storey mixed use offices and residential, 2 office towers 32 storey, 2 hotels 14 storey, 1 residential 18 storey, in addition to a mall at the podium levels of 4 Basements and 3 floors.
● Project Management and Construction of a Commercial Tower at Business Bay- Project Value 110 million USD, tender management for different projects in both UAE and Oman.
● Senior member of tendering department, assess scope, risks involved and complexity.
● Source subcontractors and suppliers capable of complying with tender in coordination with Quantity Surveyor, Estimators and send out subs packs.
● Review contract details relevant to the company’s ability to deliver under the contract
● Risk Identification, categorization and mitigation.
● Prepare risk breakdown structure including (Technical, Management, Commercial and External Risks).
● Monitor projects risk and scope creep to identify potential problems and proactively identifying solutions to address them in advance and succeeded in preventing problems.
● Achieve cost savings by implementing strong quality procedures to minimize re-work.
● Exceed client expectations by ensuring the delivery of the highest quality service.
● Review and evaluate sub-contractors and suppliers including invoicing and billing.
● Alert the team scope increase to the design consultant or contractor’s scope of work that may generate cost or schedule impact.
● Create, manage, and execute the project plan and construction schedule and allocate time required to complete milestones.
● Ensure proper documentation of all information recording events as background to future claims.
● Prepare submittals and transmittals required for the work and ensure all project documentation is controlled as per company requirements.

● Supervise a team of engineers.
● Plan and achieve a 5 days typical floor slab casting, reducing the structure duration by 15 days.
● Obtain all necessary permits and licenses.
● Achieve time saving with proper co-ordination with MEP, elevators and façade Aluminum work.
● Study job specifications to determine appropriate construction methods and all potential risk.
● Ensure site QA/ QC is being followed by construction subcontracts.
● Provide routine reporting on construction activities, including immediate reporting of urgent issues and areas of concern.
● Requisition supplies and materials to complete construction projects.
● Evaluate construction methods and determine cost-effectiveness of plans.
● Ensure Safety standards are being met and regular risk assessment for ongoing activities.

• Construction of a 5 star Hotel Tower- The Monarch Hotel ( 2 basements + Ground floor + 4 Podium + 36 floors ) -The Monarch Office Tower (2 basements + Ground floor + 42 floors ) - Car Park (3 basements + Ground floor + 13 floors ) Project Value 180 million USD.
• Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety standards.
• Managing all different Fit-out contractors.
• Take actions to deal with the results of delays, bad weather, or emergencies at construction site.
• Ensure maintenance of daily records of all site activities, including information on labor and plant.
• Co-ordination with MEP services clearances, elevators, water features and façade Aluminum work.
• Site support to nominated sub-contractors.
• Ensure that all Interior finishing materials and mock ups are matching project specifications.
• Attending to all snags generated by the Consultant and the Hotel Operator.
• Manage and direct staff members for construction activities at project site.
• Investigate damage, accidents, or delays at construction sites, to ensure that proper procedures are being carried out.
• Handing over the project to the local authorities and the consultant.
• Reporting the monthly progress of the project to the management.
• Attending all QA / QC, HSE walks & meetings.
• Construction Coordination & supervision of Alexandria water transmission lines replacement- Project Value 125 million USD.
• Installation of water transmission pipelines Ø 200, 300, 500, 700 and 1000 mm.
• Temporary and permanent pavement works.
• Inspect work sites for obstructions and to ensure that holes will not affect existing structures.
• Valve vaults works including mechanical and pre-cast concrete installation, finishing.
• Supervising and monitoring the sub-contractors’ progress.
• Check slopes for conformance to requirements, using levels or lasers.
• Construction of different types of Villas in a residential compound.
