• Managing the members of the Transformation Team and staff seconded to assist the Transformation Management Office as required.
• Organizing projects and activities in accordance with the organization strategy objectives and deliverable.
• Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, and quality and team member performance.
• Monitoring and control of all projects aiming at the flawless execution of the projects and reporting that progress to the senior management when required.
• Responsible for interaction with Joramco Senior Leadership and major stakeholders to establish the plans and objectives for Transformation Projects as assigned to them.
• Defining Transformation Projects Quality Measures and overseeing quality control and implementation throughout the project’s life cycle and analyzing quality records to develop the needed preventive actions.
• Continuous improving and monitoring the Performance Management System for all projects and the company departments and it`s KPI`s.
• Managing process mapping and optimization, ensuring the full compliance with the authorities’ regulations and eliminating waste within the process.
• Securing the budget required for each project, by coordinating the CAPEX for all departments.
• Implementing process optimization using Six Sigma methodologies and ensuring the full engagement of all involved.
• Plan and evaluate new projects, consulting with others as necessary.
• Managing and coordinating material flow with customers for in-house heavy maintenance checks.
• Evaluate technical specifications, interchangeability for specific materials and provide technical support for maintenance personnel.
• Coordinate supply chain material flow and advise material storage capacity.
