Consulidation of MIS Sheet for the project team whenever supervisor ask for.
Data-Entry for Emirates IDs&Payroll respectively to business requirements.
Archiving complete cases by order.
Selling Insurance policies Specially Motors and Health Insurance.
•Dealing with Most known Insurance Companies in UAE Such as Oman, Union, Orient, Fujairah, Takaful El Emirate and AXA Gulf.
•Building up and maintaining professional relationships with clients and prospects.
•Meeting clients to complete the marketing task fully.
•Following up with customers to ensure the level of satisfaction and to maximize sales opportunities.
•Providing information on different policy types, tailoring policies to client’s coverage needs and financial status, maintaining records, renewing current policies and assisting with claims.
•Working on expanding the scale of selling insurance policies such as Investment plans, educational plans and
Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
•Convincing customers through the call to apply for any of the Banc assurance.
•Guiding customers to receive a call for personal Insurance by the specialist team from the bank.
•Ensuring VIPs clients receive special attention.
•Opening customer accounts by recording account information.

•Process orders, forms and application related to debit and credit cards.
