Ensure that the company's QHSE System is properly documented, implemented and maintained.

-Establishment of QC department as a separate division from production and installation of efficient QC system for total quality management.
-Management representative and head of team for the ISO 9001 and HACCP certification project.
-Following up periodically the achievement of the main goals for maintaining the quality stability and developments.
-Providing all standard specification, personnel hygiene, HACCP and the procedures for applying ISO 9001.
-Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports for the General Manager with regard to quality assurance.
-Studying investigating and analyzing all defects products to find out the best economical solutions for production staff.
-Developing all Q.C. methods procedure for lab routine analysis.
-Creating new products, recipes and projects in related to the quality point of view in order to improve the existing quality and to complete the other producers.
-Providing all necessary recommendations, suggestions and procedures to production department.
-Providing technical support to all Q.C. staff as well as production department.
