2. Responsible to manage Subcontract agreements, assessing work performed, processing payment and dealing with non-performance.
3. Sourcing material globally, meeting specification, vendor list by consultant with most stringent prices without affecting quality or delivery.
4. Preparation, review and submission of material submittals.
5. Liaising with consultant, intermediate project manager, and client to accelerate approvals of submittals, attend FAT and plan deliveries of long leads.
6. Preparation of Letters of Credits and affecting amendments, as per UCP600. Dealing with letters of Guarantees
