• Control all aspects of project documentation, utilizing various control methods/systems.
• Handling Document Room and maintaining all document & Drawing related to the projects accordingly.
• Prepare, operate and update Document in line with the ACONEX Document Management System

• Creating Site, Internal & Head office MEMO’s and Distributing.
• Hands on experience in identifying, sorting of Engineering Documents
and drawings (Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation drawings, data
sheets, standards, Monthly Progress, Inspection test plans, Engineering
data books etc.) as per ACONEX & SharePoint.
• Standard Document Control function, i.e. Track the creation, update,
approvals, versions, revisions and Issue purpose of documents of all the
disciplines, ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems, and
become the focal point with regard to document tracking and
distribution.
• Ability to plan, organize, lead and coordinate the Document Control
function within our multidisciplinary Engineering group, in order to meet
the needs of the projects, • LIMS

● Leading the Marketing team and handling task assignment
● Handling all Marketing Meetings with vendors.
● Preparing Marketing and incentive plans with Vendors.
● Determine and control monthly marketing budget.
● Prepare a general and per campaign plan in terms of marketing.
● Creating all designer, photographer, illustrator, and animator briefs.
● Monitor closely business performance and KPIs of marketing.
