• Schedule all activities associated with assigned projects to produce an integrated critical path
• Ensuring compliance with the Company’s financial policies and procedures to include revenue recognition policies and project set up rules. Serve as a liaison between the business office and operations
• Managing the Project documentation repositories
• Keep track of all documents correspondences and transaction. Maintain and update all document registers
• Coordinating with the Project Management Team to ensure project invoices are accurately prepared and timely submitted
• Assisting project teams in the preparation of all technical submissions
• Coordinating with the Program/Project Manager(s) on a monthly or quarterly basis to prepare updated cost estimates to complete for revenue recognition.
• Analyzing and providing synthesis of key information to Managers
• Ensuring active engagement of team members by delegation of tasks to the appropriate person both on a long term and on a day-to-day basis

• Direct dealing with Customer (Mobily).
• Responsible for Submitting, follow up of Invoicing until approved by Mobily.

• Responsible for giving feedback to head office/Central-Riyadh, (Director Level).
• Keeping control on Implementation Managers & Site Engineers for Implemented Items/Issues & updating Items to be claimed in NAS System as per required by Mobily.
