Reporting to the Division President Industrial services / General Manager, the Administrative Manager is the first point of contact for all staff and guests and creating an engaging office environment and positive interactions with all visitors and staff. Assuring that the organization has the administrative support necessary to conduct its business and fulfill its mission. Our main responsibilities are as under.
•Supervising day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.
•Hiring, training, and evaluating employees, taking corrective action when necessary.
•Ownership of visa arranging for employees.
•Facilitate closure of project offices, coordinating with outside counsel, accounting firms and internal clients
•Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
•Ensuring office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained.
•Working with accounting and management team to set budgets, monitor spending, and processing payroll and other expenses.
•Ensures a safe, secure, and well-maintained facility that meets environmental, health, and security standards.
•Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
•Collecting, organizing, and storing information using computers and filing systems.
•Support establishment and implementation of international registrations
•Manage and maintain tax, corporate and legal aspects of on-going international project offices
•Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals.
•Building new and expanding existing skills by engaging in educational opportunities.

•Arrange transfer/shifting of useable (in good condition) furniture/fixture from one site to another.
•Maintain records of all furniture/fixture and to keep them in good condition and look after maintenance of project site facilities.
•Company owns core and operating values and ensures their implementation.
•To ensure 100% security of company asset.
•To investigate any theft and responsible to make reports.
