Hotline Customer Representative with Vodafone Germany in Egypt, solve all technician and communication Problems of the German Customers.
Assistant to manager, resolve minor problems, take decisions, reply e-mails, take phone calls in German, manage customer service, control reports with the Supervisors
1. Communicate directly with the German Travel Agencies and the customers either electronically or face to face and reply to their mails, letters and faxes.
2. Handle the complaints or the queries of customers, resolve their issues within specified timelines and then escalate the unresolved customer issues and report the major problems to superiors.
3. Manage the administration of the customers departure and arrival in the Airport and coordinate with the internal departments.
Welcome and meet the guests at the airport, giving them all required information about their stay in Egypt and help them in customs duty issues.
Assistant to manager of a building materials company, cabable to resovle minor problems, take decisions, reply emails, take phone calls in German, manain friendly atmosphere in the office, manage customer service, control quotations and clients, repports with sales represantitives and manage the office administration.
Accompany the guests from different countries (Germany, England and Holland) in the excursions such as the voyages, Safari or cultural trips to Luxur, Aswan and Abu Simbel and giving them some historical, geographical and cultural information about Egypt and answering their questions, whenever they have.
