 Maintenance of the Mitsubishi Diesel Generator Set of rating 2.5MVA, 690V.

 Responsible for the Three Phase UPS systems of rating 820KVA, 400V, 50HZ, SIEL UPS.

 Maintenance of Batch House, Furnace, Tin Bath, Lehr Drives and Cutting Line electrical and Control Equipment.

 Preventive and Corrective Maintenance of all the Control, Communication network of the PLCs (Simatic S7-400, S7-300, Allen Bradley RS Logix 5000) Based on the SCADA systems.

 Chiller Auxiliary motors and cooling towers.

 MV switchgears of Siemens and Areva rating 12kV, 630A to 2500A.

 SF6 Ring-Main Unit of rating 12kV and 630A.

 LV switchgears of ABB and Siemens rating 800A to 4000A.
 Automatic Transfer Switches ranging from 600A to 2000A

 Dry Type transformers of 2000kVA to 5000kVA

 2 UPS of 50kVA and Battery Chargers of 136V, 30V.

 Motor Control Circuits (MCCs) and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) of ABB rating 20kW to 300KW.

 Fully versed with all types of Electrical Drawings including Single Line Diagrams, Schematic Diagrams, Control System Drawings, Interconnection Drawings, and Communication Diagrams etc.

 Performing annual testing of switchgears, CBs, motors, transformers, and MCCs, Relay Testing, IR test, CB timing test, and contact resistance test etc. Using testing instruments such as FREJA 406, EGIL Circuit Breaker Analyzer, MOM 690, MIT 515 (up to 15kv) etc.

 Developing snag lists, spare parts lists, SOPs, method statements, PTW, LOTO procedures, switching procedures, preventive maintenance manuals & checklists and other quality standard documentation.

 Perform Hazard and Operability Study (HAZOPs) to prevent the system breakdown.

Responsibilities During the Construction of Ethanol Distillation Plant



 Installation, Testing and Commissioning of MV & LV Switchgears, 11/0.433kV Oil Type Transformers, Standby Diesel Generator, LV Panels, MCC Panels, Capacitor Bank Panels for Power Factor Control, Cable Trays and Pipes, Lightening Protection, Lighting System, Cable Trenching and Grounding and Earthing System for live and Dead Equipment in safe and efficient manner keeping in view the international safety standards.

 Interconnection of the New Distillation Plant with the Existing Plant without the disturbance of running system.

 Calculate the bill of Materials and The Quantity of All Electrical Materials (BOQ) as per the Drawings and Arranging Necessary Manpower and Materials as per Site Requirements.

 Ensuring the successful commissioning of all electrical services upon completion of all project activities.

 Making the required design changes in project design based on site conditions, dynamically adjusting designs and obtaining the approvals from higher Management.

 Review and check all assigned project electrical installation drawings for compliance with all company and project instructions (One-line diagrams, Electrical Equipment Location Drawings, Plan drawings, details, Schematic Drawings, Power Drawings, Cable Trenches and Cable Trays Drawings).

 Preparing daily, weekly and monthly Progress Reports and assessing them against the project schedule.

 Directing all technical staff, skilled technician & electricians force on Day-to-Day activities.

 Reducing the wastage of material and increase manpower productivity.

 Interacting with higher management regarding the progress of the work.

 Preparation of O & M manuals and Organize Trainings for staff to operate and maintain the installed systems.

 Conducting safety tool box meetings to enforce safety regulations for individuals on the site.

Load Management.

 Power Factor Control.

 Excitation Voltage Monitoring of 34MW Thermal Power Plant included 20MW and 2 MW high Pressure Steam Turbines.

 Frequency and Reactive Power Monitoring of Thermal Power Plant.

 Corrective & the Preventive Maintenance of the Electrical system of Boiler House, Mills House, Power Plant, Process house, Ethanol Distillation Plant, and Water Treatment Plant.

 Practical modification of the Single Line Diagram of the Power House at Shakarganj Mills Limited Pakistan.

 Responsible for the Operation and Maintenance of Generators, Switchgears, High Pressure and Medium Pressure boilers, Motor Control Circuits, and Variable Frequency Drives.

 Responsible for the man power management and day to day activities at the plant.
