Accomplishments:
• Successfully delivered a key and strategic project of the re-implementation of Oracle within the agreed budget. Project entailed complete revamp of the existing system solution and modules included were Oracle Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, OIE), Human Resources (Core HR, Payroll, SSHR), CRM (FS with mobile Field Service, DR, Service Contracts for 3PL billing Model), Supply Chain Management (OM, PO, INV, Advance Pricing & Shipping Execution), Warehouse Management System (Oracle WMS, MSCA) and Integration (Mobility “hand held sales devices”).
• Employee Master Data & HR Self-Service Implementation; was considered as a major shift from the paper-based approval system to an automated solution embedded with an online-approval hierarchy system through workflows. This project entailed collection and standardization of all employee master data, creating an approval hierarchy and aligning it with the key stakeholders for execution. Project delivered a ROI of 65%, with efficient approvals and quicker decision making.
• Product Master Data project, entailed the collection of over 5000 product SKUs data components and updating them in Oracle to facilitate the operations of the Supply Chain and Logistics team.
• Improved IT infrastructure by implementing Video Conferencing across 6 locations in Saudi; reducing travel costs by 25%.
