Identified the need for a Training Center to train employees, customers and technicians regarding the products. Designed and managed the completion of the Training Center.
Figured out how supply chain, assembly operations and inventory performance can be improved by smartly allocating resources, assigning labor and equipment.
Performed time and motion studies to analyze the feasibility and associated work on new product development.
Designed and set up a Service Center for compressors that was the first operation of its kind in the MEA region for Emerson Climate Technologies.

Helped in the design of new products (customized to customer’s needs), assembling drones, building virtual/interactive presenters and working on a 360-degree set-up of cameras for slow motion ‘Matrix’ like effects.
I designed and helped build a video wall to be used as a huge screen for GITEX. Part of my time there involved working with new technologies like the Oculus Rift and Google Glass, and pitching ideas to use them creatively in marketing or promotional events.
