Analyzing consumer buying patterns and predicting future trends;
Regularly reviewing performance indicators, such as sales and discount levels;
Managing plans for stock levels;
Reacting to changes in demand and logistics;

Maintaining relationships with existing suppliers and sourcing new suppliers for future products;
Liaising with other departments within the organization to ensure projects are completed;

Liaising with shop personnel to ensure supply meets demand;
Getting feedback from customers;
Training and mentoring junior staff.
Ensure all payments to vendors, contractors and consultants are made.
Passes daily accounting transactions electronically.
Bank reconciliations.
Internal / External Audit coordination.
Provides secretarial support to the finance Unit and performing audits.
Perform all functions related to Bank.
Ensuring the compliance of proper accounting record keeping.
Reconciling balance with the vendors.
