• Controlling HR costs to derive maximum benefit.
• Responsible for the timely and accurate preparation of payroll, including all wages withholdings, deductions, garnishments, and reporting.
• Responsible for reconciling reports and financial data.
• Works with different business units in the accurate processing of leaves, benefits, or other special programs with a payroll impact.
• Monitors business processes and identifies process improvement opportunities.
• Processes payroll activities following guidelines and legal requirements.
• Reports withholdings, deductions, and garnishments in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Processes and records pay data accurately and on a timely basis.
• Analyzes and interprets accounting records and financial documents.
• Compiles financial and payroll information for contribution to reports.
• Prepares monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports for management.
• Records and processes off-cycle payroll corrections and adjustments as needed.
• Processes complex payroll calculations (salary adjustments, retro pay, terminations, voluntary deductions) accurately and under strict deadlines.
• Conducts audits of various payroll, benefits, or other HR programs and recommends any corrective action.
• Prepare payroll reports, statements, and records.
• Process the monthly payroll and ensure the completeness and accuracy of the result.
• Formulation of HR strategy aligned with the business.
• Ensuring the organization structure is aligned and suitably staffed.
• Designing and implementation of new and/or existing HR policies and systems aimed at attracting, motivating, and retaining talent.
• Ensure all work is completed on time with all relevant accounts reconciled.
• Ensure Team Member pay queries are resolved on a timely basis.
• Register all the transactions (earnings & deductions) to accurately calculate the monthly salaries and payments.
• Follow up paid allowances and expenses to adjust the annual budget for each sector.
• Develop and update the database continually through the company’s system to be updated with recent hires and resignations.
• Work with Finance Manager and IT Project Teams to deliver system and process
Improvements to enhance Payroll function efficiency.
• Responds to queries from outside agencies such as financial or credit organizations.
