Creating and executing plans to grow the events business to meet or exceed annual sales targets.
Undertaking market research, analyzing external sources, and maintaining the customer database.

Maintaining international Artist's Protocol/ hospitality and Identifying partnership avenues with various organizations /individuals /agents to support different verticals of Live Events - cultural, comedy, music, experience-driven festivals, etc.
Developing costing, and preparing documents for necessary pricing approvals. Responsible for developing proposals, quotations, profiling of the clients, etc.
1. Implementation of the activities and follow up work for the development of business and in coordination with other departments involved in the implementation of activities and business.
2. Study and analyze the market and propose new opportunities and actions that can be submitted to the center of what contributes to the growth and prosperity of the activities and work of the Exhibition Center.
3. Submission of proposals for the development of the work and activities in accordance with planned objectives.
4. Work on the implementation of marketing plans, which are approved to promote the activities in accordance with the planned objectives.
5. Work on the establishment of an integrated database of clients and take all the necessary information about customers so as to communicate with them and provide them with necessary service.
6. Strengthening the relationship with the center customers and communicate with them and pursuit of acquire those to benefit from the services of the center by presenting the supported marketing plan.
1. Develop effective working relationships with customers through regular meetings and identify and obtain further sales and business development opportunities
2. Scheduling appointments, preparing and delivering presentation to the client, having researched their business and requirements.
3. Maintaining customer relationships and ensuring customer loyalty through excellent customer service as well as meeting all client needs appropriate to their business.
4. Manage accounts and meet or exceed targets relating to revenue growth, activities, profit margin, mix of products and services sales, customer retention and customer acquisition.
5. Working as part of a team and closely with other departments within the organization.
Training technicians groups before sending them to field. \nProviding new equipment’s and respective training to technicians. \nAssuring they have been updated with new rules & regulation. \nKeeping track of each groups targets/performance & make sure it is achieved. \nInvestigating and solving customers' problems, which may be complex or Long-standing problems that have been passed on by customer service assistants. \nHandling customer complaints or any major incidents.
Manage the day to day client relationships and ensure that all projects are completed on time to the required standard, and high client satisfaction is maintained.
Assist in the smooth collection of debt from clients and communicate any contract/ job changes to the Finance department on a timely basis for invoicing purposes.
Supervised results issued in the multi-clients studies & managed multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsible for managing qualitative and quantitative research projects, leading focus group discussions.
To conduct regular meetings at pre defined time to analyze and assess the productivity of team members as well as counsel and motivate them for the better performance.
Prepare budgets for each project in conjunction with the field manager and instructed the finance department regarding invoicing.
