Dealing with National Grid- SA system Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) required by the ECRA (Electricity & Co-Generation Regulatory Authority) as well as Internal.
Review, Follow-up and evaluation of Performance Indicators, Balanced Scorecard and Operational statistics.

Participate in the PQ studies, analysis of PQ measurements and parameters, preparation of reports and remedy actions and follow up the implementation with concerned entities.
Participate in the fault analysis of impacted incidents.
Follow up with the concerned departments for implementation of various recommendations issued by Working Groups as to contribute and serve to raise the Performance and Quality of the Transmission Network.
Maintaining the safety Indicators according to the highest standards to ensure an environment free of accidents and injuries, fires and pollution.
