JOB RESPONSIBILITES
• Analyze and evaluate the product pricing trends on the existing as well as new products to
identify opportunities to purchase.
• Quotation management (cost down and cost up analysis, new quotation cost analysis)
• Analytical Skills: Works with multiple vendors to determine the best deals for the company, and
have to evaluate the many pros and cons of each, based on price, quality, speed of delivery and
other factors.
• Negotiating Skills: Working with suppliers to create the best deals.
• Resolve the logistics, supply and product specification and quality issues concerning incoming
supply with the suppliers.
• Responsible in sourcing of products and services to maximize our margin with the best cost
• Involving in business process engineering. Collaborate between other Divisions to improve
procurement related process and procedure.

JOB RESPONSIBILITES
• Review and preparation of the requirements / statement of works (SOW) of services / sub-
contract packages from the concerned departments in order to start the procurement process
for the requested services.
Participate in the process of RFP / RFQ preparation and ensure requirements of the services
been documented in the RFP / RFQ
• Preparation of comparison between the various service providers based on the RFP / RFQ
responses received from them
• Preparation of the bid from technical as well as financial perspectives
• Carry out Post Contract activities including preparation of Contracts with the approved vendor /
contractor.
• Raise with the Senior Manager / Head any disputes / disagreement relating to payment of
invoice, quality of product from vendor, timeframe, and early termination of contract
• Confirm subsequent payment requests by verifying terms and conditions of the contract. Liaise
with the concerned department
• Liaise with vendors for any contractual matter including extensions and amendments to the
contract
• Conduct performance evaluation for Commercial aspects of the vendor / contractor in
association with the department at the end of the contract period
• Ensure compliance to all Policies, Procedures and Company Guidelines and Quality Standards

JOB RESPONSIBILITES
• Assist the Manager in developing the monthly Procurement Schedule based on the material
forecasts received from all cost centers.

• Ensure that enquiries are sent to approve vendors and their quotations are obtained within
specified time frame.
• Make comparison statements from various quotations received from the vendors.
• Review vendor’s quotations to determine best price, delivery date & approved brand
without compromise on quality.
• Preparation of Purchase Orders (PO) in SAP from quotations received from the vendors.
• Prepare monthly procurement reports and forward them to the Department Manager for
his analysis and feedback.
• Assist in developing and implementing procurement procedures and policies to maintain
and enhance a procurement process in compliance with company goals and objectives.
• Plan, organize and direct the activities of the procurement and expediting function as well as
provide training to staff to effectively implement company policies and procedures.
