• Supervise crafts people/workers and sub-contractors
• Review plans, drawings & specifications and set out the works in accordance with the approved plans and specifications
• Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per approved specifications
• Liaising with consultants, planners, quantity surveyors, supervisors, sub-contractors and the general workforce involved in the project
• Attending regular meetings with the clients and its representatives to discuss issues and report progress accomplishment
• Overseeing quality control and the observance of health and safety requirements
• Day-to-day management of site, including monitoring the site labor force and the works of the sub-contractors
• Measurement and valuation (in collaboration with the project quantity surveyor where appropriate)
• Providing data in respect of variation orders and site instructions
• Preparing technical reports
• Resolving technical issues and other problems that may arise
• Responsible for all trade works; civil/ structural, architectural, plumbing/ sanitary, electrical, fire protection & mechanical works

• Conduct regular meetings with sub-contractors and suppliers to discuss issues and progress accomplishments
• Resolving technical issues and other problems that may arise
• Assess and endorse billings of sub-contractors and suppliers
• Evaluate & endorse variation order works
• Issues project certificate of completion and acceptance
• Prepare Architectural, Structural and MEP layout using AutoCAD 2D/3D Software
• Prepare Structural Analysis and Design using spreadsheet and Micro FEAP/ Staad Pro design Software
• Prepare Cost Estimates, Technical Specifications & Summary of Material Finishes
• Conduct site inspection, coordinate with contractor and monitor actual phase of works
• Review plans, drawings, specifications, details, contract & other document necessary for the project
• Preparation & submission of material submittals, manpower and equipment loading and project schedule
• Monitor and supervise the actual phases of works
• Implement strict compliance of the project schedule
• Responsible for civil/ structural and architectural works as per plans and specifications, supervises and in - charge in the manpower, equipment and materials
• Conducts actual inspection for close monitoring of works
