Establish and maintain a framework for continuously monitoring and improving the quality of care and services provided to the patients.
Facilitate the redesign of clinical care and key processes to achieve optimal outcomes and cost effectiveness.
Facilitate selection, development, implementation and monitoring of clinical practice guidelines, and related clinical pathways and/or clinical protocols. Provide technical assistance on improvement methodologies, such as lean six sigma and IHI Model for Improvement to hospital departments, committees, and task forces.
Provide work place improvement consultations. Provide training and education for all hospital sta on quality improvement processes, CQI tools and techniques.
Conduct site visits to work with sta on relevant QM Programs, submit detailed site visits reports with required observations.
Daily patient safety activity, harm report review, mortality & morbidity screening.
Generating quarterly reports for PSRM for assigned departments.
Facilitating, coordinating, and monitoring JCI accreditations and reaccreditation.
Conducting After Action Reviews, Root Cause Analysis, Case Studies as per guidelines.
Assist in training and orientation of sta of KAMCJeddah
Ensuring all resolutions coming out of the Committee are implemented and outcome results are within the strategic vision of the MNGHA. Coordinate and facilitate dierent activities to implement the passed resolutions by the Committee.
Communication with dierent stakeholders to implement the passed resolutions.
