*Prepare Technical Submission during post tender stage.
*Lead to prepare the complete cost of bid after analyzing and estimates whole tender and compiling
in accordance with different discipline to evaluate the total cost of the project.
*Preparation of Bill of Quantity/Bill of Materials from drawings.
*Cost Estimation (Fabrication, Painting, erection) and preparation of technical (review clients
specification and analyze the methods of fabrication and calculate man-machine hrs. and Material
take off from drawing and specification for the materials) and commercial proposal against tenders
received from various clients.
*Sending enquiries for sub-contracting.
*Evaluating offer from sub-contractor and sub-contracting.
*Preparation of specifications, Drawings etc. for invitation of sub-contractors offers.
*Evaluation of techno commercial offer of sub-contractors, & evaluate.
*Negotiation with Vendors / Contractors.

*Interact with clients for techno - commercial aspects.
Preparation of daily report about Quotation and *Inquiries.
*Preparing the documents for Prequalification.
*Analyzing and evaluating the scope of work after the receipt of P.O. from customer.
*and approving subcontractor’s capabilities & their quality plans.
*Preparing variation orders, and get it approved from clients & Consultants.
*Check & approve the subcontractor’s bills and payment certificates.
*Coordinating technical meetings with client and consultant.
*Coordinating with suppliers to ensure that key processes are running efficiently and cost-effectively
*Getting goods and services for the best price and value
*Building strong working relationships both internally and with key suppliers
*Contract management and negotiation
*Understanding and keeping up with new trends and regulations in the business
*Dealing with international suppliers
*Understanding technology and managing online systems such as e-auctions and e-tendering.

Sending clarification requests to the client, required for the tender´s scope of work & specifications.
Contracting consultant and clients for each Tender
Preparing offers as required and submitting it to the client properly.
Checking and approving progress payment of sub-contractors.
Co-ordinate with planning dept in preparing Technical submission.
Coordinating with Department personnel in implementing the quality system and verifying the document control as described in the quality system procedure.
Coordinating with contractor/client to achieve the planned schedule
Ensuring Company quality & safety standards and procedures are followed.
Preparing the comparison sheets for subcontract/supply packages.
Providing detailed clarifications after tender submission as requested by the client/consultant.

Attending Pre tender and post tender meetings and discussions.
Preparing BOQ, quantity take off, BOM, & pricing schedules.
Preparing subcontract tender packages.
Pricing general and preliminaries items for the project.
Preparing offers as required and submitting it to the client properly.
Develop and maintain local cost estimating procedures and systems in line with industry standards and internal guide lines
Preparing cost estimates for various project phases in coordination with related discipline leaders / HOD’s.
Organizing and managing complex engineering activities as per project execution plan
Coordinating and managing sub consultants, vendors, sub-contractors, etc.
Sending RFQ to the Subcontractors/Suppliers Packages.

Providing technical support for the fitters and fabricators.
Work Supervision.
Handling customer service in the technical division, duties included answering customer queries
Technical troubleshooting for issues related to Mills.
