* Liaise with internal resources regarding the day to day management of the website
* Evaluate approaches & strategies to improve website sales conversion & customer engagement
Marketing
* Create brochures/ News Letter and sell sheets.
* Understand and develop sources of traffic (and the factors of influence) email, SEO, PPC, affiliates,
social media, catalogs etc.
* Liaise with agencies or in-house team to implement and support campaigns
* Product reports to analyse the performance of all online marketing campaign and promotions (via
reports, analytics, survey etc.)
* Work closely with the management and business units to determine event budget and manage
expenses to that budget.
* Promote products and services through public relations initiatives
* Research media coverage and industry trends
Pre - Opening
Duties and Responsibilities: Pre-opening of new life style brand Hotel “ROVE” was introduced by May 2016 Responsible for all marketing activities including launch event / advertisement / branding and PR Responsible for maintaining budget and trade shows Responsible of training and development for operation team ( FO / HK and F&B ) Maintain websites updates and social media Managing photoshoots
