- Introduced 'Just-in-Time' fulfillment methodologies, greatly reducing risk and improving cash flow control
- Established a customer service logistics support model for external clients, providing storage and documentation solutions as well as an additional revenue stream for the business
- Re branded network maintenance offerings and enhanced capability in the bidding process with major clients such as ADCO, SAPCO and Sonitel

- Introduced an in-house recruitment team and drove growth in staff headcount for both technical and operational roles in MENA and South East Asia; rising from 100 to 250 staff
