 As direct report to CEO, oversee the project operations, managing multiple teams of more than 40 people and 15 application groups including mobile, desktop and web applications.
 Job role includes project management, change management, risk & issue management, people management, quality management and process improvement initiatives.
 Drive the usage of SDLC, Agile, and other key measures to significantly improve project delivery.
 Responsible for high level timeline, budget and development updates of the projects for all key stakeholders including technical, creative and executive level partners.
 Ensuring the appropriate metrics, resource planning and program management methodologies are applied to drive success.
 Technical leadership for the projects, including development approach for web based desktop and mobile applications.
 Developing product vision, roadmaps, product requirements and detailed specifications.
 Manage QA team, analyze QA systems and initiate recommendations for quality improvements.
 Solely responsible for the process of screening, hiring, grooming, facilitating, allocating, releasing resources from projects, conducting appraisal, approving expense of team members. Primarily responsible for recruiting and growing staff size from 5 to 35+ in two years.
 Projects include online web shop, website builder, web gallery, blog, sync and gallery applications on desktop and mobile platforms.
