Involved in transactions across several sectors in the GCC including Consumer Goods, Industrial, Consumer Finance and Insurance and in the UK, including Residential and Commercial Real Estate.

Conduct research on sectors in the GCC and MENA region including: Hospitality, Education, Logistics, Industrial, Real Estate, Financial, and Consumer Goods
Perform financial, business and legal due diligence
Prepare proposals, teasers, pitches and information memoranda
Assist in financial modelling and company valuations
Prepare company deal memos for Board, Risk Committee and Shari'a Supervisory Boards and seek approvals from members
Perform company valuations using comparable company and precedent transaction analysis
Conduct company, equity and macroeconomic research
Perform company and industry analysis including: analysis of market position, competition, current and future trends
Perform research on identifying potential targets
