• To greet customers and operate cash operations quickly and efficiently (cash handovers, safe cash register, petty cash, separates charge slips/bills, coupons/vouchers and settlementof POS/credit cards, cash count, exchange foreign currency & make deposits for banking, maintain housekeeping of cash Depart.)
• To maintain registers and all books related to cash/card transactions and customers database by doing manually and as well in computer system.
• To provide excellent and highest standard customer service and assist them for solving queries and doubts.

• To do closing handover from cashiers/count cash, settle down all POS, keep clear entire department, make daily sales report, exchange & refund details and other cash/credit relevant details send to seniors & account department.
• To perform various secretary/clerical duties such as documenting, photocopying, faxing, mailing and organizing filing systems.
• To answered phone calls and transferred calls to appropriate staffs/customers, shorted & disturbed incoming data, including faxes, letter and emails.
• To interact with organizational staffs, executives, clients, vendors and visitors on a daily basis.
• To Purchase office equipment & supplies, take care of staff office space, weekly schedule travels reports, attendance and overtime details and office keys.
• To greet customers in a friendly courteous way to ensure customer feel welcome and to contribute a positive overall shopping experience.
• To receive shipments products from warehouse and keep stocks inventory and requisition of new stock.
