•Submit weekly and monthly financial reports to higher management.
•Follow up on accurate entries for addition, deletion & deprecation of fixed assets; manage balancing of depreciation allocation and accumulated deprecations.
•Prepare necessary records, entry vouchers forms and other prints. Delegation of takes among accountants to effectively achieve financial objectives. Submission of reports and comparatives analysis of data as per needs.
•Review documents to assure integrity and accuracy.
•Supervisor accuracy of data from the treasure daily.
•Follow up company debts (if any).
