Provide assistance to clients and customers regarding the international standards to be maintained in respective organizations
Visit clients to assess their needs and expectations on occupational health and safety, quality and security.

To provide and develop documents of Project HSSE Plan, Emergency Response Plan and HSSE Bridging.
To provide daily supervision and support to a team of field Contractor Project HSSE Supervisor, Project HSSE Manager, Offshore Construction Manager, Client Site Representative (CSR) in HSSE implementation.
To ensure implementations and achievements of PROPER (Environmental) and SMK3 are running well.
Monitoring and evaluation team member on their HSSE activities (STOP Card, SAFE Card, Trainings, Management Visit, etc).
Together with Contract Holder, SCM and other required parties to assure CSMS program including CSMS (Contractor Safety Management System) online system is properly implemented started from Contract Risk Assessment, PJA (Pre-Job Activity), WIP (Work In Progress) until Final Evaluation.
To undertake CSMS Audit and CoW (Control of Work) Audit of Contractor activities as assurance of QHSSE requirements.
To provide assistance/support and giving advise Subsea E&I Managers and team members in HSSE issues and also including to advise Contractors in improving their HSSE Performances.
To lead and facilitating Level 2 Risk Assessment (L2RA) Workshop with Subsea Contractors prior execute the project.
To lead and facilitating Project Risk Register (PRR) Workshop with all departments (Engineering & Technical, Construction, Marine, Commercial &Business, QHSSE, Operation, OHIH & Lifting).
To lead and facilitating Project Safety Review (PSR) / Pre-Start Up Safety Review (PSSR) or Peer Review prior execute the project.
To lead and facilitating Quarterly Contractor Performance Review with Subsea Contractors to assure the Key Performance Indicators of Project program is properly implemented.
Provide adequate reports and evaluation on HSSE to the Subsea Manager, Corporate HSSE Manager, HSERM Manager, Marine Manager.

Assessing, analyzing and collating environmental performance data (PROPER) and reporting information to internal staff, clients and regulatory bodies (Kementerian Lingkungan Hidup, BAPEDAL).
To lead and facilitating various safety studies such as: Hazid, Hazop/What-if, SIL/LOPA, FEED (Front End Engineering Design)/Conceptual / Feasibilty study before start EPC, Ship collision study, QRA, EERA (Escape, Evacuation and Rescue Analysis), ESSA (Essential System Survivability Analysis), FERA (Fire and Explosion Risk Analysis), FMEA (Failure Mode Effect Analysis, Loss Prevention (Hazardous area schedule, Safety Critical Equipment, Fire Water Demand Calculation, Fire Water Hydraulic Simulation, CO2 Snuffing Calculation, Vent/Flare Radiation and Radian studies, Fire and Gas Detector) and International Sustainability Rating System (ISRS) Level 8.
To lead and facilitating Diving Contractors DESIGN Audit as per IMCA requirements, either IMCA D 023 - For surfaced orientated (air) diving systems, IMCA D 024 - For saturation (bell) diving systems, IMCA D 037 - For surface supplied mixed gas diving systems, IMCA D 040 - For mobile/portable surface supplied systems prior to mobilize existing area.
Report to Project Manager and maintain functional reporting to Corporate HSSE Manager.
Review safety systems and work procedures to ensure that it confirms with Company HSSE procedure.
Recommend appropriate disciplinary action towards any breaches of the Project Rules and Procedures.
