• Carry out a detailed assessment of the work involved in the individual discipline with respect to the inspections and assess the available resources and possible constraints in the execution of the same.
• Organize, implement, conduct and manage the QA/QC Programs as per the Company's Quality Policy
• Experience in inspection for installation of Control panels, Switch gear, DBs, Motor control panels, Various field instruments
• Material inspection of all E&I Equipments in line with project specifications, clients standards and international standards by reviewing test reports and other statutory documents
Managing the Project Engineering works and carried out Inspection from start to End, Undertaking BMS Site activities as a QA/QC Engineer & site engineer
Inspection and documentation of Manufactured Electrical/Electronics Products like
Non Contact Position Transmitter for Control Valves and Electric Actuators, Fire Alarm, Limit switches, 2Wire Inductive non contact type LVDT/Proximity Sensor
based Position Transmitters, Variable Frequency Drive, 2 Wire/3Wire Position Transmitters, Electronic Programmable Actuator Controls, Micro Controller based Thyristor/IGBT Motor control systems, Special purpose Power Supplies, Custom built products
