Roles & Responsibilities:
(Major Clients: ADNOC, GASCO, DEWA, ZADCO, ADMA, OMIFCO, NPCC, TAKREER,
AL MANSOORI ENG. CO.)
* Develop, schedule, coordinate and maintain all training courses and programs.
* Review instructor performance and recommend improvements to program content and
instructor presentation methods.
* Ensure all company policies, procedures, and work instructions are documented in a clear,
simple and concise manner.
* Research training suppliers and materials as needed - including details, cost comparison, and
timelines.
* Assist in the preparation of tenders by providing management system related documents.
* Train all company personnel in the documented company policies
* Identify relevant legislative requirements.
* Control and maintain the company audit and risk assessment schedule.
* Conduct safety, quality and environmental system compliance audits
* Ensure personnel have received appropriate training and are assessed as competent to perform
tasks.
* Prepare and submit monthly management reports relating to company systems, compliance and
incidents
* Managing the day-to- day operations of the training center.
* Planning and budgeting process for the yearly learning and training plan.
* Maintain the company library of compliance resources including standards.
* Arrange visas and travelling arrangements for trainers and training candidates
* Keeping data of training materials up to date.
* Liaise with subject matter experts regarding instructional design
* Preparing training related documents and supporting materials / handouts for training courses,
and assisting with the creation or formatting of these where relevant.
* Assisting in training course set up and clear up before and after a training event
* Sending out course evaluation (feedback) questionnaires following training courses and
compiling and communicating feedback to the training manager.
* Keeping training records and files up to date, filing forms.
* Providing general admin assistance and support for the training manager, trainers.
* Handle training events by following processes from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring
& control and close-out.
* Maintains library of training materials
* Handle logistics for training activities including venues and equipment
* Handled enquiries relating to training and development.
* Coordinate or perform administrative functions necessary to deliver and document training
programs.

* Prepares mailers and brochures by formatting content and graphics; arranging printing and
internet packages.
* Maintains marketing library by checking and replenishing inventory.
* Provides marketing tracking and research information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing
data and trends.
* Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
* Accomplishes marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

* Marketing holidays to clients via travel agents, websites, brochures and television advertising
* Handling bookings, invoicing and issuing of tickets
* Predicting profits or number of bookings.
