I. Reports directly to the Operations Manager and Estimating Manager. II. Preparing / typing all correspondences, company presentations and memorandums. III. Preparing the Expression of Interest or Prequalification to Client/Consultants. IV. Preparing the Tender Submission documents as per the Client/Consultants requirement. V. Acknowledge receipt of tender documents and other related documents VI. Check if Bonds/Warranties/Parent Company Guarantees etc. are required and refer to Operations or Estimating Manager at the earliest opportunity & arranging the same. VII. Liaise with the Commercial or Estimating Manager where any special insurance provision is required in the particular Contract. VIII. Ensure Bills of Quantities are converted in to EXCEL or CCS for pricing. XIV. Ensure that enquiries for each subcontract trades are adequately summarized and compared, before sending out to sub-contractors/suppliers. XV.
