* Develop project execution plan and strategy for every project.
* Lead the project management team for completion of projects within schedule and in budget.
* Responsible for monitoring the day to day running of the work progress and schedule.
* Responsible for managing a project work package within the constraints of scope, quality, time, and cost, to deliver specified requirements and functionality to meet customer satisfaction.
* Provide leadership and direction for the duration of Project cycle.
* Co-Ordinate work with other team members.
* Ensure all work package requirements are properly documented according to the relevant parts of the (sub) contract documents.
* Ensure timely activity, integration and efficient use of resources to meet requirements.
* Report progress and forecast final targets.
* Document, ensure approval of, and track all changes in work package parameters.
* Document all obstacles and delays, and recommend corrective measures.
* Ensure that all areas of the fabrication yard are working to the correct revisions of drawing and specifications.
* Ensure that company Operating Procedures and Project Specific procedures are understood and adhered to by concerned.
* Plan the activities of the fabrication yard to ensure smooth production flow.
* Allocation of activities to Project Engineers and monitoring of activity progress.
* Interpretation of plans to ensure effective coordination between all Project functions.
* Review and monitoring of progress reports and productivity.
* Bringing events that may cause schedule slippage to the notice of the Project team and functional departments in a timely manner.
* Manage project changes and variations control.
* Liaising with Planning, Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, Safety, and Maintenance departments to ensure that resources are available as required for the project.
* Ensuring that as built information is supplied to Engineering Department in a timely manner.
* Project controls & Reports.
* Expediting the lagging activities.
* Project Planning and Cash Flow monitoring.
* Full accountability of the project results.
* Develop close out reports projects with lessons learnt and share it with project team. Archive the same for future reference.
* Support in project design and develop the bill of quantity.
Technical Experience
* Experience in installation of Mixal and Monoxal gas filling station.
* Experience in installation, testing and commissioning of CO2 injection units for the desalination plants.
* Experience in P&ID design and calculation of the gas supply system.
* Experience in Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Cryovation PLC controlled Argon filling pump.
* Experience in Testing and commissioning of Cryostar Mixtran-Alternator system and Cryogenic pump for the gas supply tanker.
* Experience in Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Vanzetti Oxygen, Argon, Nitrogen and CO2 filling pump.
* Experience in Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Oxygen, Argon, Nitrogen and CO2 gas supply system, includes cryogenic storage tank, vaporizer system and pressure regulating station.
* Design and execute electrical and instrumentation projects in DUBAL and DEWA.
* Plan and Develop the layout of the projects - Conduct site surveys and study the technical data.
* Assuring that the project activities are performed as per DUBAL and DEWA safety and quality standard.
* Provide guidance for safe work practices and personal protective equipment (PPE) used by contractors.
*Ensure proper documentation of special operating and maintenance instructions associated with electrical
equipment.
* Review contractor construction and electrical execution procedures.
* Preparing the engineering submittals for the project.
* Supervise and Monitor Installation of Cable, Cable tray, Lighting, Distribution control panel, all electrical and
instrumentation equipment, Pump skids etc.
* Witness and verify Continuity, Merger and Component testing for Medium Voltage & Low Voltage equipment.
* Responsible for equipment installation and commissioning. * Issued punch listing for outstanding works.
* Witness FAT and at the conclusion of site installation conduct SAT.
* Involve in basic and detail engineering designs including calculations or analyses of projects specifications.
* Able to understand the drawings, specifications of the systems provided by the client.
* Provide technical documentation, reports, and budget estimates for bids and proposals.
* Present cost, schedule, status, and technical updates to management for all projects.
* Ensure compliance with client standards. Execute corrective actions as required.
* Supporting the project manager and to execute the effective delivery of the project.
* Responsible for on-site work, including electrical and instrumentation engineering consultation.
* Execute erection engineering for all electrical equipment and systems in cooperation with vendors and suppliers.
* Attend clarification meetings with client.
Generate enquiries and coordinate with vendors for offers.
* Technically Evaluate vendor offers and prepare comparative statements.
* Supervise the Electrical and Instrumentation project team.
* Proper Coordination with various Sub-contractors.
* Checking the Progress and Quality of the work.
* Conducting tool box talk at site for the project team.
* Preparing the method statement and risk assessment of the Project.
* Procuring the material from the supplier for the execution of the project.
* Preparing CAD Electrical drawings for the Project.
* Reporting project status at progress meetings to the project manager.

Technical Experience
* Experience in Installation, Testing and Commissioning of AEG UPS System.
* Experience in Testing and commissioning of Lenze, Telemecanique, Fuji Electric and Baumuller Variable Frequency Drives.
* Experience in Installation, Testing and Commissioning of GE M-Pact ACB
* Experience in Installation and Programming of Moeller Easy-500 Controller.
* Knowledge in Allen-Bradley SLC-500 PLC.
* Knowledge in uploading and downloading of PLC program.
* Experience in Installation of Power Quality Meter, Motor Manager and Power Meter.
* Experience in erection of field instruments like flow meter, level switch, level transmitter, actuators and pressure gauge.
* Complete in charge of Pasta making plant and packaging machinery.
* Schedule, execute and monitor the maintenance activities.
* Responsible for the full operation of the machines.
* Supervision of the maintenance activities of electrical, control & instrumentation equipments in the plant.
* Supervise any new equipment installation in the plant.
* Estimate and arrange procurement of the operational and strategic spares.
* Prepare the shift order for the operation & maintenance staff.
* Plan the routine maintenance of the machinery & equipment.
* Designing maintenance strategies, procedures and methods.
* Diagnosing breakdown problems.
* Directing, instructing and supervising maintenance technicians.
* Monitoring and controlling maintenance costs.
* Arrange the required spare parts for the machine in coordination with purchase department.
* Monitor & maintain the performance of Inverters, Hygromers and Electronic Line Conditioner.
* Monitor & maintain the performance of inverter controlled motors in various parts of the machine.
* Control the operation of micro processor controlled chiller unit.
* Checking the performance of boiler, air compressor, vacuum pumps, semolina extractors and flow control valves.
* Checking the performance of circulating pumps and other ancillary equipments of the chiller unit.
* Preparing daily maintenance report and necessary check list of the plant.
Technical Experience
* Experience in PLC control panels.
* Experience in Siemens S7-400 and S7-300 PLC’s.
* Experience in maintenance of electrical and electronic parts of the machine.
* Working experience in variable frequency drives, like Siemens, Telemechanic and Lenze.
